Jolene's is a love letter to French food and the kind of hospitality that makes a regular night feel special. The kitchen is led by a love of the craft, a respect for the ingredients, and the belief that there's always a right way to do things. Every detail, from the first pour to the last bite, is meant to make you feel like the guest of honor. Elegant, never pretentious. Come as you are. We'll take it from there.

From Paris to West Chester: The Art of Dining
Peter Mavrides is a dear friend and a man with a golden eye. He finds beauty where most people overlook it. All of the pieces you see at Jolene's were sourced by Peter from the markets of Paris.
In 2019, his Paris and Lisbon collection earned Philadelphia Magazine's “Best Secret Gallery” at Spogue Kitchen in Wayne, where all of his pieces are available for purchase.
